Shipping and Returns Policy

 

All shipping costs are calculated according to the size and weight of the items in your order and approved at checkout. Additional charges apply for large packages.

 

Delivery in Israel- 2 to 5 working days for items in stock plus the estimated delivery time by regular post.

 

International Shipping 2 to 5 working days for items in stock. Estimated delivery to most destinations: 7-5 business days. Estimated delivery to Australia and Hong Kong: 12-10 business days.

 

Returns and Exchanges accepted within 7 days of receiving the product:

 

•   In order to receive a refund, the product must be returned up to 7 days from the date of receipt in its original packaging with the labels in their entirety, along with an invoice, and without any damage to the product.

•    In order to exchange for another item, the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery (5% handling fee will be charged).

•    Items must be sent by registered mail. Shipping costs apply to the customer.

•   Custom-made or tailor-made cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrived damaged.
